Quickies: Auto completion with Google Maps
August 18th, 2006
I’m not sure if this is a new feature or not, but it’s the first time I’ve seen it: auto completion for locations in Google Maps. It’s quite handy when you’re dealing with multiple addresses and directions. I hope they’re working on the ability to save locations like many of the other map services.

Update: Ah, it looks like I’m an idiot–Google Maps already has saved locations, as Ron pointed out. It’s over on the top right-hand corner, and it’s a snap to add your own locations to use for later.

You’re not an idiot, dude. It’s getting tough to keep up with everything these days.
